The 21st century Hippie: What does it mean to you?

No matter how you approach the term Hippie, a mental image has already formed inside your head. Whether its draft dodging liberals, free love and body paint, or simply just the standard flower child, you have automatically rendered an opinion of the Hippie. In the coming weeks I am going to be exploring the Hippie movement, how it shaped, for good or bad, our current country and how it will continue to shape us for future generations. I am currently researching for a book, and I will be posting excerpts frequently for every one to check out.
